Beer is situated on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast between Sidmouth and Lyme Regis and is located on the B3174 off the A3052.
The A3052 can be joined from the West via the M5 and A376 (Exeter), from the East via the A35 (Lyme Regis, Weymouth) and from the North via the A358/303 (Axminster) or the A375 (Honiton).
DIRECTIONS
From the A3052 turn on to the B3174 or B3172 (via Seaton). Follow the signs to Beer. At the junction of the B3174 and B3172, a sharp corner, follow the signs to the Beach. About 500m down the lane, towards the seafront, the road forks to the right. You will see the Village Store in front of you, with the old lamp-post marking the centre of The Square, and to the right of the Store is the blue and cream Bakery Cottage. We are no. 2.

| Access to parking- Bakery Cottage
At the Square, turn left in front of the lamp-post, towards Long Hill.
Immediately on your right is the entrance to Bakery Cottage, parking marked by a sign and is situated behind the Village Store.
The space for No.2 is immediately adjacent to the back of the cottages. No.2 has the wooden gate. |
